Other Services
In addition to the Sacrament of Marriage, many have come to us to inquire about other Sacraments and similar services.
The Sacrament of Baptism is the most frequently requested other than our wedding services. Christian baptism is universally recognized and can be performed by anyone. We like to keep it simple and anoint with holy water rather than sprinkle, pour, or submerge.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is frequently requested but usually misinterpreted. We believe that God has already forgiven sins before we can even ask for forgiveness! Thus, having an ordained minister absolve you of your sins is rather pointless. We may be able to provide counsel, but we also defer to the proper medical and mental health professionals.
